Outdated pre-compiled binary packages for R-2.0.x for Windows

Some packages have been working in a former version, but do no
longer compile on Windows or do not pass "Rcmd check". The last
`working' (but outdated) versions of these packages are available 
for manual download in the current subdirectory (./last).

Please read the parent directory's ReadMe for details regarding 
Windows binary packages for this version of R.
