FNN: Fast Nearest Neighbor Search Algorithms and Applications
A collection of fast k-nearest neighbor search algorithms
and applications including a cover-tree, kd-tree and the
nearest neighbor algorithm in package class. In addition, KNN
classification, regression and information measures are also
implemented.
