RPCLR: RPCLR (Random-Penalized Conditional Logistic Regression)
This package implements the R-PCLR (Random-Penalized
Conditional Logistic Regression) algorithm for obtaining
variable importance. The algorithm is applicable for the
analysis of high dimensional data from matched case-control
studies.
