Competing risks now implements two distinct splitting rules for
identifying short term risks affecting the cause-specific hazard or
long term predictions affecting the cumulative incidence function. The
plot.variable function now returns, and can reuse, a plot.variable
data structure object for user convenience. Thanks to John Ehrlinger
for this improvement. Other minor bug fixes, and enhancements.
