BUG FIXES

   o CV.sm
     Did not incorporate edge-correction. Approximations made
	     by the corresponding 'sm' functions unsatisfactory,
	     occassionally resulting in incorrect results.
	     Fixed by removal and replacement with 'LSCV.density'.
