diem: Debris-Containing Droplet Identification using EM

Identification of debris-containing droplets from a droplet-based single cell/nucleus RNA-seq. 'diem' uses the expression profile of background RNA droplets, followed by expectation maximization (EM), to assign candidates as debris or nuclei.
